Our S&S 126” engine with B2 heads delivers a smooth ride and bolts directly into most stock chassis from 99-06.  Dyno runs have the 126 making over 150 rear wheel horsepower and it delivers the most torque of any engine in its class – over 145 ft. lbs.  These 4-3/8” bore engines are a dual cam design combined with big valve B2 heads for ultimate performance.  For the rider who tours from sunup to sundown, the 126 delivers the massive horsepower you crave, and are available with S&S carburetors or fuel injection.  Star Racing has engines in stock and ready to ship.  Turn-key options also available.  Engine Specs & Dyno Chart

S&S CYCLE 145” ENGINE – 10.99 @ 126.45 MPH

With a bit of tweaking, we squeezed an S&S Cycle 145” engine into our 2004 Road King® and went over 100 mph in the ¼ mile – weighing in at 1,100 lbs!  We took the bike to the track recently and not only “wore out” the other Harley’s, we even beat a ZX-12.  This baby will haul . . . .

S&S CYCLE 124" ENGINE
WITH B2 HEADS

The most sought after performance based 124” engine is now available from Star Racing. These high horsepower output engines are assembled with the ever popular B2 heads, which have oversize intake and exhaust valves and are capable of producing over 170 rear wheel horsepower with a few modifications.

STREET PRO ENGINE
120" - 139" - MASSIVE POWER

The Street Pro engine is available with either dual cam or Evolution rear motor mounts.  S&S engine packages range from 120" to 139" and are 45° V-Twins, built with the S&S crankcases and S&S gear drive cams.  The engine comes complete with S&S Pro Stock style flywheel assembly, 8.500" billet aluminum rods with 1.500" crankpin, S&S cast Pro Stock cylinder heads with electronic compression releases and S&S Super D carburetors with air cleaner assemblies.

STAR RACING STX

The STX is a 10 second hot rod custom built by Star Racing.  Our prototype was part of a Powerblock TV show build by Wyotech students.  The finished product was awarded through a sweepstakes complete with an S&S Cycle 126” V-Twin engine.  Star will be producing a limited run of 50 – now available.

SUPERCHARGER SYSTEMS

Sticking with our long tradition here at Star Racing – never leave anything stock – we took this sweet little Dyna – bolted on a Procharger supercharger – and got an unbelievable 80% gain in horsepower. 

On the Star dyno our 2004 FXDI Dyna with a stock  88” HD engine made 110 rear wheel horsepower @ 104 ft lbs of torque.  This just proves the old adage – everything’s better blown.
